Visvim Bear Run Jacket & Vest


Although the worst of the Winter season is behind us, Visvim drops a set of down pieces previously spotted back in December. Entitled the Bear Run, to platforms are introduced featuring western style design with Kangaroo leather panels and a 95% Down/5% feather ratio. While the vest comes in a Spring friendly beige/brown colorway, Visvim’s Bear Run jacket receives a black-on-black tonal color treatment. Both are now available via Figure Sapporo.


Insight 2009 Spring/Summer Lookbook






Australian brand Insight welcome in the Spring/Summer season with a continuance of their contemporary play on surf and skate inspired garments. Stepping away from the cookie-cutter techniques, Insight add a deluxe flair of hi-end appeal while balancing itself with a beatnik arrogance. Amongst the collection are fitted graphic t-shirts, button-down long sleeves, comfortably cut bottoms, accessories and of course, boardshorts. Retreat 2009 Fall/Winter Collection



Conceived towards the end of 2005, British brand Retreat draws from an eclectic range of inspirations for their brand. From classic 80s era movies, Bruce Lee and Chevy Chase to both Hip-Hop pioneers and music acts closer to work such as Public Enemy, Run DMC, The Stones Roses and New Order, there isn’t a shortage of interesting combination amongst their concepts. Their 2008 fall/winter collection is marked by a number of strong graphics as well as beanies.

OriginalFake 2009 Spring/Summer Preview


Offering a look into some of their most comprehensive collections to date, OriginalFake preview garments for the new season. As usual, KAWS’ signature motifs are implemented throughout, but the line is definitely more settled down than seasons past. A few key collaborations continue as well, including hook ups with Levi’s, Porter and Gallery1950.


BBC | Ice Cream 2009 Spring/Summer February Releases





BBC | Ice Cream has recently dropped the following for their 2009 spring/summer collection. Having seen some relatively more subdued releases the last few months, things take a bolder stance with highlights in the form of red denim with splatter motifs and windbreakers with asymmetrical zippers. This current batch is available now at BBC | Ice Cream Hong Kong.

Deluxe present their 2009 February releases as the Tokyo brand showcases another awesome capsule for this month.


Highlighting the collection, Deluxe has teamed up with Schott on a small series of releases which include the SIXTY-SIX jacket and MACK shirt. Other items releasing this Saturday also include hoodies, denim and accessories such as hats, eyewear and leather lighter holders.

Supreme x The North Face - Summit Series Jackets


Supreme has gotten together with The North Face again for another series of jackets, this time using the Summit Series Jackets as the base for the collaboration. One jacket features a full color design whereas the other is a monotone Black color. The jackets go on sale at Supreme in New York and LA on February 14th and in Japan on February 9th.
